Lining the Basket

Get Started:
  • Wash butter tub, then cut a circle from the lid so it fits down in the tub. *Cut a circle of felt (or the material if you want it to be the same color) to glue on top of this piece. Set aside.
  • Cut a piece/circle of material ( I just eye-balled it) big enough to cover the tub. You have to make sure you have enough material to fit up over the sides and back down to the bottom.
  • Secure with with rubber band and push to bottom OR push the material down and secure it with glue. I didn’t use a rubber band on the smaller basket I made.
  • Apply glue to the circle you made and press it down in the tub. *Get your ribbon! Center the tub over the ribbon and bring up both sides to make a bow. It can be as long or as short as you like! I kept my ribbon in place with a little glue. * Then, embellish with beads or whatever you like!
